Application for registration.—Every manager of an institution carrying on the management of an institution shall make an application for registration to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in Form B, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
