Intimation of change.—Every licensed marriage hall shall intimate to the Government of Bihar, in Form II and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Bihar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
