Intimation of change.—Every company shall intimate to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board, in Form MGT-7 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
