Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a brick kiln in a village dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Zila Parishad in Form 8, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every tax receipt then held; and the Zila Parishad shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
