Production of records.—Every owner of a brick kiln in a village shall, on request by the Secretary of the Gram Panchayat, produce the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these rules for inspection at the premises where the working of a brick kiln in a village is carried on, and shall furnish with them a written statement explaining every entry in the record which relates to any village map not held at those premises.
