Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a brick kiln in a village shall apply to the Zila Parishad in Form 1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Zila Parishad shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
