Application for registration.—Every employer of inter-State migrant workmen carrying on the employment of inter-State migrant workmen shall make an application for registration to the Labour Court in Form VII, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
