Intimation of change.—Every employer of inter-State migrant workmen shall intimate to the Labour Court, in Form VII and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Labour Court shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
