Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of inter-State migrant workmen who ceases to carry on the employment of inter-State migrant workmen shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Labour Court in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
