Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a cinema within the municipal limits dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Municipal Council in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every licence then held; and the Municipal Council shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
