Intimation of change.—Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods shall intimate to the National Authority, in Form D and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
