Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the National Authority in Form C, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every fire safety certificate then held; and the National Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within three days of its receipt.
