Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the broker shall apply to the Government of Maharashtra in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Government of Maharashtra shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
