Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Government of Gujarat in the custody of the Official Liquidator, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Government of Gujarat; and where the Official Liquidator having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form MGT-7 within one hundred and eighty days of the succession.
