Intimation of change.—Every casual taxable person shall intimate to the Joint Commissioner, in Form GST DRC-03 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Joint Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
