Application for registration.—Every tenant of waqf property carrying on the occupation of waqf property shall make an application for registration to the Commissioner of Endowments in Form A, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every lease of trust property held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
