Surrender of certificate.—Every tenant of waqf property who ceases to carry on the occupation of waqf property shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Endowments in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every certificate of registration held by him has been disposed of.
