Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the aggregator shall apply to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in Form 5 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
