Surrender of certificate.—Every recruitment and placement agency for seafarers who ceases to carry on the recruitment of seafarers shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Maritime Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every berth held by him has been disposed of.
