Intimation of change.—Every recruitment and placement agency for seafarers shall intimate to the Maritime Board, in Form 4 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Maritime Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
