Application for registration.—Every occupier carrying on the running of an industry shall make an application for registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form VI, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every waste manifest held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
