Surrender of certificate.—Every transporter of hazardous chemicals who ceases to carry on the transport of hazardous chemicals shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Fire Services in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every register of shelters held by him has been disposed of.
