Surrender of certificate.—Every employer of beedi workers who ceases to carry on the manufacture of beedis shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Industrial Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every appointment letter held by him has been disposed of.
