Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier of land near a monument who ceases to carry on the occupation of land near a monument shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Museum Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every monument held by him has been disposed of.
