Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the occupier of land near a monument shall apply to the Museum Board in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Museum Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
