Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a container train shall apply to the Metro Railway Administration in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Metro Railway Administration shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
