Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a container train who ceases to carry on the running of container trains shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Metro Railway Administration in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every wagon held by him has been disposed of.
