Surrender of certificate.—Every customs house agent who ceases to carry on the clearance of goods for import or export shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Approval in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form SEZ-2 of the manner in which every shipping bill held by him has been disposed of.
