Correction of entries.—The Superintendent of Stamps may, on an application made in Form C by any developer executing agreements for sale or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than ninety days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
