Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the point of presence shall apply to the Board of Trustees in Form 31 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Board of Trustees shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
