Surrender of certificate.—Every arbitral award debtor who ceases to carry on the satisfaction of an arbitral award shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every mediated settlement held by him has been disposed of.
