Intimation of change.—Every pension fund manager shall intimate to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, in Form 19 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
