Intimation of change.—Every broadcasting organisation shall intimate to the Copyright Board, in Form 9 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Copyright Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of forty thousand rupees.
