Safe custody.—Every contractor for a religious fair shall keep every register of trusts to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the conduct of a religious fair is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every register of trusts so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Puducherry within sixty days of the close of each year.
