Intimation of change.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners shall intimate to the civil authority, in Form E and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the civil authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
