Application for registration.—Every operator of a houseboat carrying on the operation of a houseboat shall make an application for registration to the Hotel Classification Committee in Form VIII, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every conservation plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
