Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the clearing and forwarding agent shall apply to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
