Regulation 26, National Medical Commission (Appeals of Ambulance operators) Regulations, 2020 [S79-NPR]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form 21 not less than sixty days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees; and the National Medical Commission shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the ambulance operator within thirty days of the renewal.
