Surrender of certificate.—Every ambulance operator who ceases to carry on the operation of ambulances shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Medical Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 28 of the manner in which every medical device held by him has been disposed of.
