Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any ambulance operator dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the National Medical Commission in Form 41, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every certificate of registration then held; and the National Medical Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
