Application for registration.—Every ambulance operator carrying on the operation of ambulances shall make an application for registration to the National Medical Commission in Form 20, within sixty days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every record held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
