Authorised agent.—Any ambulance operator may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the National Medical Commission in Form 21 the name and address of the agent within fifteen days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within fourteen days of the revocation.
