Regulation 5, National Medical Commission (Appeals of Ambulance operators) Regulations, 2020 [S79-N1K]

Correction of entries.—The National Medical Commission may, on an application made in Form 21 by any ambulance operator or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than fourteen days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
