Rule 14, Tamil Nadu Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Registration) Rules, 2020 [S79-M85]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form MGT-7 not less than seven days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees; and the Official Liquidator shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the registered valuer within sixty days of the renewal.
