Application for registration.—Every operator of a stadium carrying on the running of a stadium shall make an application for registration to the Sports Authority in Form A, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every contract of an athlete held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
