Intimation of change.—Every farmer shall intimate to the Seed Certification Agency, in Form B and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Seed Certification Agency shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
