Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the broker shall apply to the Director of Industries in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Director of Industries shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
