Surrender of certificate.—Every transmission licensee who ceases to carry on the transmission of electricity shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every storage tank held by him has been disposed of.
