Intimation of change.—Every mutawalli shall intimate to the Commissioner of Endowments, in Form D and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner of Endowments shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
