Safe custody.—Every micro-insurance agent shall keep every statement of claims to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the distribution of micro-insurance products is carried on, shall record in Form IRDA-6 the description of every statement of claims so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Insurance Information Bureau within fifteen days of the close of each year.
